Directions

• Use the pipette dropper and put 25 drops in a small bowl of warm water (about a liter) to make a foot bath once a day. Cover with water until the toes are fully submerged.
• Use the footbath for 12-15 minutes, once a day, every day for 13 days.
• Wipe your feet and between the toes with a clean towel.
• If you have large nails cut them carefully.
• Put on clean socks. The feeling of relaxation is unique. Heat sensation is normal.
