Oregano Essential Oil is extracted from the leaves of the Oregano plant. Oregano Oil has been used in folk medicine since ancient times, including by Hippocrates. The primary compounds of Oregano Oil are Carvacrol and Thymol. Scientific studies have shown that Oregano Oil is a powerful Essential Oil with antioxidant, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral and antifungal properties.
