1. Shipping
When you place an order it is been immediately processed. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address when your order is complete. Your order is sent via the Hellenic Post.
Zane Hellas offers FREE SHIPPING on every order over 45€ regardless of your country.
On orders up to 22.99€, the shipping cost is 6.70€
On orders from 23€ to 44.99€, the shipping cost is 2.50€
All product prices are calculated in Euro (€) and include all taxes. When your country’s currency differs, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
EU customers have the option of receiving delivery services through FedEx.
FedEx sets the rates for this service.

2. Delivery
You can find the estimated delivery time for your country on the following table, although very occasionally shipping can take a little longer (our company is based in Greece).

3. On-time Delivery Guarantee
