On May 25, 2018, the most significant piece of European data protection legislation will come into force when the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the 1995 Data Protection Directive. ZANE responsibly takes this change into account and is in the process of making its website fully GDPR compliant. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
Personal data related to your role as a customer of our online shop such as details of your placed orders will be kept for as long as you are an active customer.
We will keep your data for direct marketing until you withdraw your consent. For e-mail marketing, we will consider you an inactive customer if you haven’t opened an e-mail for within the last year. After this time period, your personal data will be deleted.
