How long can I use it?
Hello and thank you for your question. We recommend using the Oregano Oil Softgels continuously for up to 20 days, followed by a one-week break. After that, you may repeat the cycle.

I don't know if the softgels are enteric coated but i experienced minimal "burping" of oregano taste and mostly the first days which faded with daily use continuation. Overall very satisfied.

Verified ownerFirst bad experience with Zane in over 10 years. The safety seal is not at all attached, as it used to be. So I have no idea if the content was used or not as it arrived open. Customer service was not at all helpful. We will not recommend and not buy from Zane again until this issue is fixed. Customer service should have apologised, offered free return and refund and supply a properly sealed product. Very disappointing especially since Zane Hellas used to be one of our favorite companies.
