Verified ownerZane Hellas products are great. However, as they grow their customer care shrinks. I’ve been a customer for MORE THAN 10 YEARS Over these 10 years +, prices have gone up like crazy, including delivery costs. For free delivery one must spend now more than €50/60. This wasn’t the case a few years ago.
Also, albeit their article aren’t that fragile and they’re already tightly packed in their own packaging, they keep using horrible, ugly polystyrene to fill little gaps in the small delivery boxes. They could use old, recycled, recyclable paper instead. Which would be more fitting for a company that sell *natural* products. That way we would also find less fucking plastic when we go holidaying on the beautiful Greek beaches.
